My iPod was probably at the top of my list, but thats exactly what happened last night. This accidental experiment has been done before, as I found out, but just wanted to add my own supporting test data. After a cold soapy wash, ferocious spin cycle, and one hour in the dryer, she was right back in action. Now why is it that the power cords for MacBooks and PowerBooks seem to be specifically designed to overheat and burn up after one year of service? My love affair with Apple is really complicated sometimes.
