“Children’s Snacks”, originally uploaded by garth walker.
I am very fond of old communist graphic design. You can still see some of it on the crumbling signage of forgotten buildings, but very rarely do you come across a gem like this still in production. The cookies themselves, unfortunately, aren’t as delicious as I’d hoped, but they go down nice with a glass of milk.
I love it so much, I could resist doing my own parody.

Are they are nasty as DIP! ? I seriously don’t think there is anything nastier than Bulgarian salsa, but I might be wrong….

No.. they are not nasty, but they were much tastier when I was a kid. They have disappeared from the market for a while and now they are back, in the same package, but tasting different..
I don’t know know what they call “Bulgarian salsa”, so I can not comment on that…

Are they kind of like an animal cracker? I kind of get the feeling from that picture that they are like that, or shortbready…
Seriously, Boyana, when you come to the states, you’ll have to make Garth take you somewhere with good Mexican salsa, then go home and try the home brand. It’s a little like ketchup with canned onion in comparison. It was a very fun “science project” though.
I will say, I get a craving for that yogurt every now and then- that was so incredibly good, and not well replicated here.

They are a little bit shortbready plus they are chocolate coated..
No doubt, the yogurt here is good, we should start licensing our yogurt bacteria and the whole production process to the States, they have been licensing them to Japan and Korea for years..
