…on film. It was a little shocking to see the foreign art gallery dressed this way (Amusingly just across from where street vendors sell WWII era Nazi”antiques”). A small platoon of krauts rounded the corner in uniform as I crossed the street, and tried to snap a picture.

What were they doing there? Was it for a film?

Yes, it was definitely a major film production, but I didn’t ask anyone for details. The banners didn’t stay up for long, as I walked by 30 minutes later and they were already down.
